Only half my order was right. I order chick strip combo with Mac and a chicken biscuit combo with mash. Ended up getting an egg and cheese biscuit with mash and a chicken biscuit with my Mac. It also took me 3 minutes of sitting to order and still gets it wrong. I ask the attendant in the window how often they get complaints because of the ai order system and she said constantly. It’s sad but this kills the convenience of a drive through. I’m probably going to go somewhere else moving forward unless I am willing to walk in but again that defeats the purpose of having a drive through for convenience.

I tried going there tonight and I sat at one drive thru for 10 minutes and then I had someone pull up at the drive thru next to me and immediately had their order taken. No one talked to me or tried to take my order. I just left.
