It was more than 8.00 for a dry, rubbery sandwich that had hardly any meat, bacon, onion straws or even barbecue sauce on it. It was so disappointing that I've decided to NEVER step foot in another Arby's again.

Do we swing my and are met by Shelby and let me tell you this young lady has the smile that turned my mood around . It shows she enjoys being helpful to others all while smiling.
