- BNB N3 days ago2.0Went here last night and got the $7.99 box. The guy at the window was very nice. Had to wait for the food, so you'd think it would've been hot and fresh. The fries were fairly fresh..but the mozzarella sticks were cold and dry. They're supposed to be hot and stringy with the cheese. The dessert roll was also cold. My roommate came a little after I did and she got the same thing and had to wait. She bit into her mozzarella sticks and frowned and I said yep, same!! Her dessert roll was hot and the rest was cold. I hadn't ate at an Arby's in a long time and had been saying we needed to try it...but, I think I'm over that now!
