  Service is very slow. Saturday evening and not much service. Been in the drive thru for 45 mins. 3 cars before me. Watch 3 other cars leave due to the slowness. When you pull up, you’re not acknowledged to even to please hold, just sitting there. Looks like they are taking one vehicle at a time for orders, cook the food and payment before taking the next customer. When finally putting my order was told that there was no corn beef for the Ruben (second time at this location) and then when asking for the chicken cordon Bleu, didn’t have that either due to recall. Left the drive thru

  Very slow service. The chicken sandwich was overcooked, but the fries and mozzarella sticks were good. The dining room was cold, while the restrooms and vestibule had heat.

  Went here last night and got the $7.99 box. The guy at the window was very nice. Had to wait for the food, so you'd think it would've been hot and fresh. The fries were fairly fresh..but the mozzarella sticks were cold and dry. They're supposed to be hot and stringy with the cheese. The dessert roll was also cold. My roommate came a little after I did and she got the same thing and had to wait. She bit into her mozzarella sticks and frowned and I said yep, same!! Her dessert roll was hot and the rest was cold. I hadn't ate at an Arby's in a long time and had been saying we needed to try it...but, I think I'm over that now!

  Never been so upset with a fast food restaurant!!! The sandwiches already dry! To order $19 worth of while you working it comes with not 1 napkin, condiments nothingggggg after selecting every comment they have sandwich so dry i can’t even eat it

  Food is average Arby's but I definitely watched a worker re-fry old food.
