I was in the store before the snow storm and got the worst customer service, not from young lady that Rang me up but from the other lady just staring after i asked her if she was open but she took other customers of different skin tone than mine which i find to be crazy because i use to frequent this store quite a bit. The person needs to be retrained on customer service but this location won’t get my business again

Baffling incompetence from the cashier staff and from the front counter. What's the point of having a shop and earn MVP reward system? They are just going to use the store card and not even ask for mine. When I complained they said they would have to refund the entire order and ring it up again correctly. What a complete waste of time. I probably won't be back to this location.

Got there at the last minute because the Food Lion I always shop out on Great Neck was closed early tonight. They were in a hurry to leave. And let you know it in no uncertain terms. I won't be shopping there again. I will stick with my Food Lion store on Great Neck where I always get the best customer service and politeness
