- ARAlexa RoddyJan 3, 20261.0I was overcharged (almost double my order amount - I won't event get into the ridiculous excuses they gave me about it) on a delivery order. I called the store, and Noah assured me I would be refunded and would receive written confirmation. Then I was left a voicemail saying they needed more information, but the number I was given to call back did not work, so I called this store again. This time they claimed they have nothing to do with deliveries and told me I had to call another store. The woman who answered (Beth? Was working at 3:30 pm on 1/3) was rude from "hello" and, claimed Food Lion doesn't even do delivery left me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, so I called the first store AGAIN and asked to speak to a manager. I was connected with Mikel who didn't seem to know what he was talking about, gave me a completely different story, claimed he couldn't send me an email confirming he would provide a refund because he "doesn't have my contact details", and hung up on me when I told him I could OBVIOUSLY give him my email address while we were on the phone. It seems like, when they fraudulently charge for for something you didn't order, they're happy to promise a refund, but won't provide any proof or actually follow through with it.
