  Was my worst experience at any Dunkn ever. Ordered online for in-store pick up, after ordering i arrived 10 mins later, waited inside for 25 minutes for 2 $6 meal deals and bacon things and 2 doughnuts. The bacon was flimsy and cold, even though the worker reassured us its fresh as I watched them just take it out of the heater tray.... hasbrowns were cold and dry, coffee was made poorly, but i guess atleast the bagel sandwich had some heat to it. Sad part was there was no empathy at all and just prioritized all drive through while we sat there... there was one lady on the food and 6 other works standing around casually as she struggled.... if you want Dunkn, find a different one.

  I always order thru the app and I pick my items up on the drive thru. My orders are always correct and the service is always excellent.

  There is a lovely girl named Emma that works at this location. It’s literally right across the street from my house so I find myself here too often. From the first day she served me, she has always been extremely kind, caring (asking how I’m doing), and accommodating. She will literally tell me not to drive off until I try my drink to make sure I don’t need it altered in any way. I have long days with a new baby so her small acts of kindness and also simply asking how I’m doing means a lot; it’s few and far between (very rare) that you find someone in the fast food industry who cares and shows kindness like she does!
