  They ignored me for 6 minutes when I came in to order. Staff were all mopping and serving the drive through. I felt invisible

  On my first visit, the counter worker seemed perturbed that I didn't want the charred-black croissant sandwich they gave me. Today, the floor had chunks of food and trash in various places. ALSO, I had to go back to the counter to request napkins because the dispenser was empty. None of this is acceptable.

  For some odd reason the staff has an issue with me , perhaps because a mobile order and getting in line . A simple ask of what the issue was. Sense th team here treats it like high school I just went to get a remake and they made the second one even worse .seems intentional, I still have yet to hit up corporate for the day that their manager snatched my drink and told me to get a drink somewhere else after I paid for that drink and was never compensated for it. She’s teaching her staff that having no manners and an attitude is perfectly fine. I used to think this was the best Dunkin’ Donuts, and it used to be but lately I don’t know if the drinks are just terrible all the time but it’s just worse.

  Went through the drive through to get my kids some of those munchkins or whatever, and the service was fast. Very fast. As we went to drive away my wife noticed that we didn't get our order, we got someone else's. So she went inside and came back out with two free things of the munchkins. That's what I'm talking about.

  No donuts? Its 10am and the kids had a choice of some pastries or a couple of blueberry bread donuts. They said "we have been busy all morning" when I asked about them being out. Understandable but what irritated me was no sooner than when my kids started eating today's unpopular selection they started bringing out tray after tray of fresh hot donuts to put on the shelf. They could have told me all I had to do is wait 5 more minutes.
