  I order chick fil a all the time. Today we were working in Virginia Beach. Everyone wanted chick-fil-a so I drove the 15 minutes passed many other fast food together our order. I ordered 3 combos and a sandwich. It can up to $60 which I thought was high. I verified that I only had 4 meals and they said yes. Nice girl at counter had only been there a couple of weeks. They ended up charging me for an extra sandwich which we find out at when we were passing out the food. I called right away and they said I can just bring it back with my receipt well its lunch time and it was over 30 minutes there and back so I came back at 6. Told the lady at the counter what happened and she was great. I wait for the Assistant Director who looks at me in a put off way asks what happened tells me I can keep my bag and the gives me the refund for $9. I then ask if I can have a refill of my lemonade and she then tells me "that was from 3 hours ago" with a not so friendly tone like I'm begging for food. I'm like I came here for lunch ah I couldn't drive the extra 30 minutes right away to get my money back that I was overcharged!!! I never touched the sandwich they even opened it up to verify it was untouched. She then says I can give you a small that's the best that I can do. Now I'm highly offended and I'm like the fact that I drove an extra 30 minutes to get my money back want even considered. I didn't say anything to her as she looked at me like I'm some free loader. I don't know what director she is assisting but it is not indicative of chick fil a standard of service. I never have complaints about chick fil a but this location is lacking in common sense, courtesy and customer satisfaction. Definitely not the gold fast food standard that most locations are known for!!! Won't be back! I could care less about the mistake not a big deal it happens but you are not going to make me feel like a 2nd class citizen over a lemonade refill!

  This is the worse chick fil a I have ever visited I moved here from Charlotte NC and never received this type of service from a chick fil a, first off they only have one line doesn’t matter if it’s a mobile order or not I have never seen that in years way before they started mobile orders, secondly I ordered a Cobb salad one of my favorite things about a Cobb salad is the eggs I don’t eat bacon and that’s the only ingredient I take off everytime, lastly I guess they don’t say my pleasure down here but that’s not what I’m used to this is not typical service from chick fil a and this makes me never want to come back to a chick fill a in Virginia Beach!
