  We walked in thinking there would not be a table for the 6 of us but we were wrong. Nice place. Very clean. Food was delicious. We all liked the criss cross cut fries with the Chick-fil-a sauce. The 3 younger kids enjoyed the play area. We all enjoyed an ice cream treat. Highly Satisfied. Highly Recommend.

  This was my first time just ordering a buttery biscuit. I always ate my biscuit separate whenever I got a chicken biscuit in the morning. It is literally the best part. However today I paid $1.85 for a biscuit. On the menu it says buttery biscuit and the employee specifically said buttery biscuit when I asked for a biscuit. There right there would imply that the biscuit would be what? buttery!!. It was indeed not buttery lol. I was kind of disappointed because it was split in the middle and everything but it was dry.. I didnt even need a napkin to wipe my supposedly buttery hands lol.. the fact that I didnt need the butter was ironic but I was anticipating it lol!

  Chickfila over the years have gone down hill. Do the employees not check the order correctly? This is the third time something has been missing from my meal. This time, they forgot my vanilla iced coffee and my egg, chicken and cheese muffin was missing cheese. Which I never even asked to take off. This establishment charges way too much money to be messing up orders.

  I am writing to seek clarification regarding an experience I had at your location yesterday afternoon. After ordering a side salad, I asked the IPOS team member if this location offered special fruit cups. He informed me that they could do a cup of only mandarins; however, he was not specific about the portioning. Had he mentioned that I would only receive four mandarin slices for $3, I would not have purchased it. When I reached the drive-thru window and asked if that was the correct serving, the team member, Isabel, told me they do not do substitutions and claimed that every Chick-fil-A location does the same. When I informed her that I have experienced otherwise at other locations, she respond by saying, "Well, you can go to those Chick-fil-A locations then." This dismissive attitude caught me off guard, as it was clear the Core 4 and HEARD models were not being utilized. Isabel’s response was rude and unwarranted, and I would appreciate a speaking to someone about this and a resolution regarding this lack of professional service.
