  I live in town center, so for the past year we frequently come here. Came in today, food taste amazing btw, but was given one scoop of rice.. I asked for a little more and she told me she had to charge me for it.. you could literally count the rice in my bowl. At this point I was already prepared for the meat to be skimped. I asked for half and half per usual, and she counted each piece of steak she put in my bowl. Scooped some chicken and I kid you not took half the spoon off. I just started eating and my meat is already gone like bro lol. Yall gotta do better for $20 bowls of food 😭, it doesn’t come out of your paycheck.

  First time here and it won't be my last. Everything was fresh and delicious! People working were helpful and patience with me as they helped me maneuver through all the sauces and additions for my pita. Highly recommend and will make this a place as part of my regular eatery when dining out.

  I know I visited close to closing time. There was a line and most of the staff were filling orders and not paying much attention to customers. The customer service was horrible. Worst experience at cava. Food thrown together. I won't visit this location again. But it's a shame. They are located in a busy area and should pay attention to Food service and atmosphere.

  Asked to do half n half on an already plated meal Hannah was so rude I felt terrible. She said we were not allowed when I clearly stated were can do half steak half chicken. We frequent here we won’t go back to this location because of the poor service.

  It was my first time here at cava. Virginia Beach blv I ordered one bowl for me and one for my child, the person who was serving me seemed bothered and didn’t want to answer any of my questions , I was just asking how many toppings that come on the kids bowl, they over charged me I asked a girl who works there nicely and told her that they over charge me for something I didn’t even get in the bowl , she told me why you can’t read ? I was literally shocked I told her ma’am I asked the guy who was serving me and I think he should at least answer me , I told her I need a refund of the things that I didn’t even have , she called the manager the manager was listening to her own made up the problem I was listening to them I was next to them the manager walked away with attitude shaking her head like oh no not again, and she came back to me took the bowl put it in the counter and told me mmmm you got a steak huh 🤔 I was confused I was like ma’am you are not going to even ask me about what happened ? She was like Iam helping you here and get your refund ma’am with a fake smile. I was thinking to go there and enjoy the food with my little one but unfortunately I had to go through that poor customer service. Honestly this place is horrible will never go back again .
