  Sat there for 15+ minuites waiting for my pickup order just for it to be sitting there the entire time as the girl decided to make 2 other orders before bringing them all to the pickup section. Die to the wait the food was cold

  Edith is a straight chiller, she handled the crazy dinner rush so amazingly. The team wasn’t the best but Edith was handling them so well, she is a great asset to the team definitely!!

  Everytime I come here they somehow mess up my order. Both online AND in person. If you think you made a bowl wrong, PLEASE JUST REDO IT. I'm going to check out the cava in greenbrier and hope the service is better.

  Placed an order at 12pm for a 1:15pm pick up. Arrived at the store at 1:10pm and the food was not on the pick up shelf. I asked the cashier if the order was ready and he stated that they are behind on orders. I asked how long it would take and he said I don’t know. I couldn’t cancel the order in the app so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor advised me to call support and gave me a phone number that was for STORE SUPPORT not online order support. So I disputed the charge with my bank instead. I am PISSED because I ordered this an hour and 15 mins prior! I have a 30 minute lunch and had no food and was late back to work waiting on them to figure it out. I will NEVER EVER EVER go to this location again! This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues here and the 3rd time will NOT be the charm!
