  Oddly enough everything about our visit was top notch. Aran's customer service has exceeded every expectation. However there was another guest that made every effort to sour the evening. She came directly to our table and said we were over doing it with cologne to a point that ruined her dessert. Very odd woman. But when I'm out with my lady enjoying a fantastic dining experience I leave with the want to return. Great job

  Even though we were one of three tables to service was great. My husband and I shared a Rocco salad, Meatballs & Ricotta, and Calabrian Shrimp Skewers. Eli our server was great. he was attentive polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for making our dinner great.

  My wife and I dine at Carrabba's often, both locally and during our travels. Today was our second visit to the Virginia Beach location near Lynnhaven Mall. I can easily say it was probably our best Carrabba's experience. From the time we walked in, we were greeted with kindness, respect, and consideration. Our waitress, Trinitee, was absolutely amazing. She took great care of us, made sure we had everything we needed and fulfilled every request. Her customer service skills are exemplary and her presence added great value to our visit. And the kitchen...the cooks were on fire today. Every dish was prepared perfectly and seasoned completely to our enjoyment. We couldn't have asked for better. INCREDIBLE JOB! Our visit ended with one of the managers stopping by our table to see how everything went. The consummate professional, he listened to every word with intention. His display of leadership made it obvious why every other aspect of the dining experience went so well. Kudos to the entire staff! 👏🏾

  Trinitee was an excellent server. She made sure we were satisfied with our food. The piece of chicken was small and she brought us another piece to make sure we were satisfied. She was very respectful. She continually checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything throughout the course of our dinner.

  We had a reservation but still had to wait for them to set our table (there were 6 of us). Our waitress Emerson was very polite and attentive . However, When the busboys brought our drinks they stood behind my chair and handed each drink to me to pass along to the people at the table. I ordered the shrimp and scallop linguine alla vodka without the scallops. The scallops were still in it and I confirmed with the waitress that I could get it without prior to ordering. Thankfully I’m not allergic I just dislike scallops. The food overall was OK….
