  A year or maybe a year and a half ago, I came to the Princess Anne Virginia Beach location often while I was in a deeply unhealthy and abusive relationship. Honestly, I couldn’t tell you what I ordered, what it tasted like, or even who our server was by name. I don’t remember what she looked like. But I remember her kindness, and that matters more than any menu item ever could. We were there at least once a week because my ex wanted to watch basketball. During one visit, he made a disgusting comment about another server right in front of me. Our server that day noticed immediately that something was wrong. She could tell I wasn’t okay and that his behavior was gross. She never made a scene or said anything directly, but it was so clear that she saw what was happening. That brief moment of being seen stayed with me. It lived in my head rent free, and it became the first in a chain of events that ultimately helped save my life. I also want to apologize, because we came in often and he tipped terribly after being disrespectful to the staff. You all deserved so much better. Even though I don’t live close enough to come by regularly now, I wanted to leave this here in case it gets read to the team. If she still works there, I hope she remembers this: what you did mattered. More than you could have known. To everyone there—thank you. Kindness always wins, even when you can’t see the impact in the moment. You guys rock. 🖤

  Extremely rude and racist woman working in the front i wait in line like everyone else the woman at the counter looks right past me like I don’t exist and starts talking to the Woman behind me thankfully she corrected her and told her I was there first to witch the hostess decided to roll her eyes scoff and say “ what do you need” told her I was here for a pick up and she just points to a rack and says “you can figure it out” this is absolutely disgusting behavior and can’t help but feel it’s racially motivated considered she was sun shine and rainbows with the caucasian woman who was standing behind me I don’t expect five star service from a wing place but basic human decency would be nice

  Came here at 648pm we got our food at 810pm fries was cold then they made a mistake with our wings gave 12 not 6 then had the nerve to say they had to take them back and re fix our foods. He went and poured BBQ sauce on some uncooked wings and said here. I walked out. Even with that, it’s cool we had to get the food corrected but to take all the food back to re fix was crazy especially dumping sauce on uncooked wings. They didn’t care Billy the manager attitude sucked then he had the nerve to say have a wonderful night being funny as we walked out. Going out the door another party was leaving and stated they had the same issue with Billy and did not eat as well. It’s sad how customer service has turned at bbw then trying to throw sarcasm at people can cause negative reactions. Don’t eat there when Billy working. He didn’t care and has a stink attitude. Bad service
