  Came in at 1020pm, (hours say open til midnight) was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. There’s 4 other people in here. It’s dead. Said ok maybe they are short handed. Nope. Workers sitting around. Host nowhere to be found. Eventually got sat at 11:15, 55 minutes later. Not 15. Just wanted to watch a basketball game. Will absolutely never come back here. People waiting for to go food that just ended up leaving because they were standing here well before I came in and still didn’t get there food by the time I got sat.

  Came to this Buffalo Wild Wings with my family, the food was good and the service received from Sean was excellent! Great customer service! All restaurants should have a Sean in their team ❤️

  I'd give a zero if I could. Over time I understood it does not take 30 mins for your take out order to be ready like the app says but to allow 50 mins, walking in the store and waiting 20 mins for literally anyone to ask me what my name was for the order - I had to ask TWO people to go check on my order in the back and they both said "the take out guy will take care of you", but there was no take out guy! I've done my best to visit frequently to help keep this place going since it closed once but I'm done. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life CONSISTENTLY. And I've forgotten to add that there are people there that don't know how to read and/or do math - also consistently forgetting how many sauce cups were ordered or what the difference between large and regular french fries and whether to put the sauce on or to the side, just straight disappointment.

  Came in for dinner tonight and my family enjoyed themselves. We got the endless app special, 2 kids meals, and the cookie ice cream dessert. First I wanna shout out Sean Allan!!! He was absolutely great, and helped me with my choices (I hadn’t been to a b-dubs in like 10 years). He really had a good sense of when to check the table and was knowledgeable on the menu, 100% do whatever you can to keep him because he’s an asset to the company. The issue was with some of the food. The queso dip app was lukewarm/cold which made it goopy and kinda gross, the kids meal fries had definitely died before we even ordered them, and the cookie dessert was over done. Probably won’t be back for the food but my family still enjoyed the atmosphere and had a few laughs. And seriously, Sean… thanks for taking care of us <3
