Well I cant give any stars as I stood at the register for 5 minutes with out even being acknowledged. So I carried my arse to another restaurant that will. Good luck to the owner of this place. Last place I saw that was run like this was the Hardee's down the road and their now out of business

Went for lunch, not bad at all, not amazing. Does the job for a quick lunch. Service was on point and the place was clean.

People in line,employees think an uber order is more important than taking customers orders standing in front of them. Walk away and ignore the customer in front of you. Bad business. Lost my business.

I ordered a combo meal in the drive thru and asked for a specific condiment for my fries. I also ordered some sliders as well. Got home all my sliders were missing and I didn’t have the specific condiment for my fries. I took the meal back to the restaurant and when I got there, the employee had his back to the register, leaning his buttocks on the counter on his smart phone and when I said hello, excuse me, he literally walked away from me And started doing another task. Granted he was wearing earbuds so he probably didn’t hear me. When I finally got someone’s attention, I started explaining the situation and the manager came over and took over rectifying everything when I got my food back still didn’t have the condiment that I requested now the fries were gone and I got two sandwiches and four sliders. At this point, I was just tired from working an 12 hour shiftand cold and just wanted to go home so I left. This was my second chance Arby’s trip because I had a bad scenario last time I went to Arby’s and this solidified it for me. I am never eating at Arby’s again

Slowest drive thru that I’ve been to. Staff was friendly but did not listen when taking orders. Both meals were completely wrong and it took over 20 mins just to get the food.
