    The girl who took my order over the speaker was curt and rude. Once I actually got my food she didn’t say a word to me when handing me the bag, or before I left; ex. “Have a good night!” I feel like it’s not that hard to be polite and on top of it my fries had been carelessly thrown in the bag on top of my sandwich. Personally I don’t want to eat fries that have touch the sandwich wrapper that employees have touched, assuming with no gloves. I might be a bit of a germaphobe but do better and take the extra 10 seconds to set the fries up right so I’m not digging in the bag

    I placed my mobile order and you can't order ice water because it's free.When I try to order when telling my mobile code Im always told can't put on receipt it's free just ask for it when getting your order.The same short Mexican lady that's always rude told me ice water is 56 cents.I eat McDonald's alot and did prefer the Hardy rd Vinton franchise but the rude lady has changed my mind about the franchise.

    Got a Big Mac meal to go and it was nasty, no napkins or ketchup, fries were cold, Big Mac tasted terrible. Will never go back. My burger was even cold.

    They wouldn’t let my dasher add sauce to my order so very not nice and rude of these people and they didn’t handle my bag with care but I like my dasher Bobby he’s nice

    Mr Lewis and family, your business you built was the best in the valley. Now with the new owners the place sucks!! Won't take anything over a $50 bill. Mr Lewis knew how to take care about customers. New people...we won't be back. Very DISAPPOINTED!!
