Upon going the lobby is full, and I see that they have only ONE girl running the entire store. This is so dangerous especially considering the most recent events in this area. She tells me she’ll be with me in a second and continues on. This is the least of my worries. The main issue is the employee smoking in the store. A minute or so later a young man walks from the back and lets out a big cloud of smoke. Then went to the front to start taking orders. This is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. I’ve already put in a report with the city’s health department, and I’m going to look into if this violates any other food safety laws. Do better Dunkin!! I don’t remember them being this bad a few years back. Guess I’ll start trying the new one on Orange…
