  Worst McDonalds in the area. Service is slow and food is hardly ever ready. Even on a slow day, Drive-thru mobile order becomes a parking lot 20 min wait for curbside pick-up. (I had to go in to get my food today after a long wait outside) Avoid if you’re in a hurry or using mobile order ahead.

  had a lady yelling at me as if it was my fault the speaker isn’t working😑 employees r def slow minded UPDATE: i got food poisoning from eating a raw mccrispy DONT COME HERE!!

  I am writing to express my frustration regarding repeated issues with my orders at your establishment. I typically do not take the time to submit complaints, but after experiencing problems on four separate occasions, I feel it is necessary to bring this to your attention. Each time I have ordered, items have been missing most often burgers or fries. I have previously reported these issues to management, but unfortunately, the responses I received were dismissive, and the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. Most recently, I placed an order, returned home, and discovered that my burgers were missing once again. When I called to report the issue, I was told to come back to the store. This is highly inconvenient, as not everyone has the time or ability to make an additional trip. Consistently missing items and poor customer service reflect a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. I expect better quality control and a more respectful approach when customers raise valid concerns. I would appreciate it if you could address these ongoing issues and take steps to ensure that orders are accurate and that staff handle customer concerns more professionally in the future. Additionally, I would like to know how you plan to resolve this situation and prevent it from happening again.

  This McDonald's is not 24 hours as advertised. I stopped in around 4am on a Thursday and the manager told me their registers were down so they couldn't sell any food, not even for prospective customers with cash. I was told this happens every day when the system switches from dinner options to breakfast options. Corporate needs to do something about this programming error or stop advertising that any of their locations is able to operate 24 hours.

  Just came to get a small fry on my lunch up the road from my job. I understand working at McDonald’s you’re not the happiest. However, March 24, 2026 at 11:16 am I had a not so friendly drive-through attendee. I asked for a sweet-and-sour and a barbecue sauce and she told me that the second one is $.35 however I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for a small fry. Instead of Having customer service and giving me a sauce, she thought it came out of her OWN pocket. I was thinking about which sauce I wanted and she just handed me a sweet-and-sour and dismissed me . Do better ma’am
