  I've now ordered from them more times through Uber eats than walking into the restaurant, so i'm basing my review on that - how they serve your food when you're not in their face to hold them accountable. Their record has been abysmal, as their order fulfilling is careless. Both times i've ordered delivery from them, the order has been wrong. I order the same thing from them each time because the one time I walked in and got this sandwich, it was great - the spinach and bacon croissant. I don't eat pork, so I order the turkey bacon option they offer. When ordering in person, the sandwich was delicious. When ordering delivery, they seemingly stop caring. No one checks the orders. Both times I ordered delivery, they put pork bacon on it. The first delivery, I could tell because they added turkey bacon but mistakenly left a piece of pork bacon on there from where they'd made it wrong at first. Because it's not a religious thing for me, i just took the bad piece off so i could eat, but it wrecked my confidence in them. The second time I ordered, it was completely covered in pork bacon. I had no chance to save the sandwich. It's frustrating and disappointing. If this was a religious issue, it would've been worse. You offer non-pork options. How hard is it to actually fulfill them? If your preparers are only looking at the top line/ title of the sandwich and not the options underneath it, then why not make a separate food line item in your register so it rings up on the top line as "spinach and *meat option*" so it's clear? How many people with religious reasons for not eating pork are you actually doing a disservice to by quietly swapping the pork off after you already made it wrong? I just happened to catch it that first time because they left a clue.

  The man who took my order was very kind and courteous. He responded perfectly to my clumsy explanation. It was a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back👍

  Delicious and always fresh bagels. They don’t have that heavy and harder to digest feeling that you would experience at other bagel shops. Friendly and smiling staff, especially the guy who has started taking orders recently. I see the owner around, actually hands on working, most of the time, which is a good indicator for any business. I have tried all other bagel shops in the area, but always preferred to go back to Manhattan Bagel in Vienna. Keep up the good job, Manhattan Bagel!

  The manager was very hospitable and made me a fire bagel sandwich! The veggies were very fresh. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or lunch.

  I like this local bagel shop. I come here often and typically order a bacon, egg, and cheese ... then vary the style of bagel periodically to change things up. The food is fast and inexpensive ... and the staff is pleasant. My kids love to tag along as well ... usually ordering a BEC each (sometimes multiple).
