  tried to order something on the app, and when you go to checkout, items are magically $1 more expensive with no explanation given, before tax is applied. *this is illegal* when i switch to another JJ location, this did *not* happen. unique increased pricing to this location. fix it.

  This is our local one that we end up ordering from every week or so. The people here are lovely and always make some of the best sandwiches (and I used to work in a different Jimmy John's). The area around is also just nice to walk around with it being the upper half of the Mosaic District Definitely going to keep getting our favourite "lazy day" dinners here for a good while

  I had placed an order for pickup, drove to the restaurant, and then was told by the manager my ordered was "canceled". I asked why I didn't receive any cancelation email or phone call. The manager said I'd receive one later in the day but I never did. Very rude and unprofessional "manager".
