  I ordered 4 platters and only received 3. Mistakes happen, but their 'customer service' is a joke. I’ve spent 15 days trying to get a refund for the missing item, only to be caught in a constant loop of 'call back during the day' or 'call back at night.' Today, they finally told me it 'wasn't their problem' and hung up on me. They are more than happy to take your money, but they won't lift a finger to fix their own mistakes. Save your cash and go somewhere that actually respects their customers. Food is average but very expensive.

  Very beautiful experience! The food was delicious and fresh, and the service was more than excellent. The staff were respectful and helpful. I highly recommend everyone to visit 👌

  I was looking for a late night kabob option in NOVA and found this place. For perspective, I'm coming from Howard County, MD that has tons of kabob options but nothing is open super late. The restaurant was neat with decent seating for a small place. This is a fast casual place and you can see them grilling the meats in front of you when seated. I got the Koobideh and chicken combo platter which comes with two skewers of koobideh minced ground beef kabob, 6 chunks of grilled chicken, salad, rice, bread, chickpeas, white sauce, and green sauce for $22 plus tax. This is a great value for NOVA. The meat was seasoned well and juicy but the koobideh was a little salty. Salad and rice was good as well as the white sauce. The green sauce was watery and needs work. The chickpeas were okay as well and reminded me of South Indian Sambar flavors. I would definitely visit this place again as a late night option but I wouldn't get the koobideh again.

  I highly recommend this location for all your catering needs. I have been catering from this specific Grill Kabob location for years and they consistently deliver high quality food and are extremely reliable. Ask for Borhan. He will take all the stress out of your event and make the process so easy from ordering, payment to delivery. The food is delivered piping hot and ready to serve and packaged well. All the items are made to perfection. I have catered for anywhere from 20 to 50 people at a given time and the quality has remained exceptional. Their party trays are the perfect variety for your guests. There are enough things to worry about when you are hosting. If you cater with Borhan, the menu won't be one of them! I have also dined ala carte with them and can confirm the food is just as great for non catering dining as well. Run to Grill Kabob for all your Kabob cravings now!
