  I’ve never been served like Cameron served me tonight. I plan on coming back and specifically ask for Cameron every single time. I’ve never met a person so genuine and honest, wanting to satisfy the customer as much as possible. He needs a promotion and I will recommend everyone who comes here to ask for Cameron specifically. You’ll be served like never before!

  I have been to Patsy’s Bar & Grill several times and have always had positive experiences, including staff being accommodating to my allergies. I often recommended this place to friends and family. Unfortunately, my experience tonight at the bar in the back was very different. The manager at the bar in the back was not accommodating at all when it came to food allergies, which was disappointing and concerning. Allergies are serious, and staff—especially managers—should be properly trained to handle them. I would be willing to give management an opportunity to make this right; however, based on our interaction tonight, the manager we spoke with appeared indifferent and unwilling to accommodate. Because of this, I can no longer recommend this establishment and will be advising friends and family to avoid it.

  This review is about the event that we had recently in one of their event rooms. The experience was great in many ways. The manager we worked with was readily available and answered all of our questions even when we were down to the wire. The accomodations were good too. The large room had media access to play a slide show and we played our own music. The staff on the day of the event was very nice and helpful. We offered open bar and the buffet items were easy and delicious. The guests really enjoyed everything. Price was also reasonable for the venue, food, and drinks. Highly recommend!

  I visited this wonderful location on New Year’s Eve for a solo dinner date, and they did not disappoint. The parking lot was very clean with plenty of available parking. Upon entering, I was seated immediately. Since it was my first visit, I ordered several items to get a feel for the menu—10 out of 10, no notes. I would highly recommend. Justin was my waiter, and even though I arrived during a shift change, his service truly made a difference. He was attentive and welcoming. The manager, Shelley, was also very kind—extremely helpful and polite. I absolutely enjoyed this experience and will definitely be returning.

  my experience was okay personally i wouldn’t really return and wasn’t anything special honestly my least favorite experience at a Great American so far i was seated near the bar and it took almost 10 minutes just to get greeted. My food was very good and really the only reason i’m giving 3 stars. I did overhear the table behind me (who had the same waiter) had an allergy issue and a customer was served something they weren’t suppose to get and after that the waiter disappeared even more so then before, when he finally returned the rest of the experience felt rushed the espresso martini i usually get tasted off and it was not the coldest it was also i completely different color than it usually comes out much darker. all in all i wouldn’t really waste my time coming back to this GAR id much rather go to Costal, Clyde’s, Mikes, ect. I have been to this location a year prior but at Randy’s which is the restaurant connected and my lobster roll had a long hair in it so after this experience at pasty’s this building probably won’t be seeing me again lol
