Ordered the Charleston Salad, Crab and Corn Chowder online. Things I loved- Great quality ingredients in the salad- great fried chicken, yummy dressing. Things that were utterly frustrating- they only give you 2 measly ounces of dressing for a full entree salad. Two ounces (and that's only if they fill the cup- mine was only 2/3 full- so I got maybe an ounce and half of dressing for a full salad. FRUSTRATING. Come on Great American Restaurants- I just dropped $20 for a salad and you can only provide 1-2 ounces of dressing. That's just plain miserly- something Ebenezer would do. The soup- Things I loved- again, fantastic ingredients and yummy taste. Thing that was utterly frustrating is that I dropped $9 for the soup and when I opened the bag- all I saw was this tiny carton- the size of 8 ounces but when I opened the lid- it was only 2/3 full so I got 6 ounces, yes 6 miserly ounces of soup for $9- that's $1.50 an ounce. FRUSTRATING. Why so miserly? I have such a love/hate relationship with this restaurant.

This is my second time here and unfortunately not the best experience. I enjoyed my first time here with a friend we sat at a table, service, food and everything was great.
Came back for a second time and that’s when things took a turn, I came alone and sat at one of the tables by the bar. Service was extremely slow. I then went up to the bar to try to get someone to take my order. The girl that took my order did not seem to happy to do it, anyway a male waiter later came to the table. I ordered the rolls which came once I was almost done with my food. Overall the service was cold like they could care less honestly. Very disappointing. The food is good but there are other great restaurants in the area with better service.

Food was decent in the back bar (we liked the salmon a lot!), but the server/bartender we had, I think his name was Andrew?, was soooo rude. The whole time, he put out a very negative vibe. The other servers/bar people were really nice. However, I noticed Andrew talking down to one of the runners. Not cool. He never really smiled and just came off as a jerk. He ruined the overall vibe. If you’re that negative and mean, you shouldn’t be in a job like that.

Patsy's is always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Their consistency is one of the best things about them, being one of the GAR's, you know to expect quality food, service, and environment. We showed up for lunch after an appointment and it wasn't long before the place filled up. For appetizers we got the blue crab and shrimp fritters, and today went with the pulled pork sandwich and the goat cheese and pecan salad with grilled chicken. Any GAR is one of my go tos and our 1 year old loved the kids smoked salmon!

Made reservations for 21 people to celebrate a very special birthday on Jan 17, 2026. We had to pay a deposit of $400.00, which btw we thought would go towards the total bill. We were seated in the back bar area at a booth for 15 with 2 additional tables provided. The food was tasty, but not served in the appropriate sequence meaning many of the entrees came out with apps, resulting in entrees being returned to the kitchen, then being returned with some of the food being cold. The young lady at the bar who took our orders was very nice trying to do the best she could. In the end, our check total was over $1300.00 including tip, which I do not have a problem with. My issue is being told I had to pay $400.00 to hold the reservation/seats. We were not told the deposit was for seating only and not applicable to the check total(total $1700.00). This was definitely a learning experience. As good as the food was, the consensus among all attendees was that we will likely take our business elsewhere next time out.
The single star for service and 2 star overall is a result of our dining experience.
