Made the Right Way. Every Day. There's a reason our bagels taste different--they're made the traditional way. At Manhattan Bagel, we give each bagel a dip in a kettle of boiling water, then bake them fresh each morning. That's how we get our authentic shiny bagels with a crispy, golden crust on the outside and that soft, satisfying chew inside. No shortcuts. Just real, authentic bagels made the way they were always meant to be. We kettle-boil our bagels to lock in that shine and crunch, then bake them fresh daily for a chewy, golden bite. No shortcuts, just the classic NY method - done right, right here, every day.

I stopped at Dunkin actually (next door) but I saw this place instead. I saw the word Manhattan and it instantly brought me back to the time I had some amazing bagels in New York. I came in and saw the menu options which actually looked quite appetizing. I went with the all American on an everything toasted. It was hot and looked appetizing until I took my first bite. The bagel was stiff and tough. I expected more freshness and fluffiness in the texture. In fact, I didn’t even finish the bread. I just ate the egg. The bagel bread was also salty. It was supposed to have chipotle mayo but I didn’t even taste it. I only basically saw and tasted the American cheese and egg. Would I come back here? Nah. It should not be called Manhattan bagels. That’s disrespectful to New York. Coffee was good tho…

The worst place in Vienna. Staffed with 7 people on average, and you have to pick up your own food at the counter, that is, if you can even place an order because the staff stands around yapping with each other instead of focusing on customers. I dont think I've ever seen a manager or owner in this place. Will never be back. Adios muchachas!

While the selection of bagels was generous, the cost seemed a little steep. I had the Farmer's bagel ( egg, cheese, and meats) and large coffee. Cost was $20, which IMHO was a little high, but I suppose considering the NOVA area I should have expected it!
