I placed an order online, paid on the website, and showed up to pick up my order at the specified time. The employee said my order was not in the system, so I showed them the receipt and confirmation again. He then continued to repeat “I don’t know what you want me to do, we don’t have the order” even after proving multiple times that I had received a confirmation from this location. He was extremely rude and dismissive, which led me to walk out of the store without my order even after I paid for it.
