- JAJamie AdamsAug 22, 20251.0This store in Vienna is a complete joke. We ordered the night before on the DD app to pick up 2 dozen donuts at 7:15am for my kids to take to school. The next morning at 7:15 the app said they were preparing the donuts. A minute or two later the app said the order was complete and ready for pickup. We left our house and arrived around 7:30. They hadn’t even started the order yet. We ended up leaving around 7:45 to head to school and now we were very late. Finally dropped kids off and they were late. This is not the first time we have experienced bad service at this store. DD, if you can’t look at the app and complete the order on time then turn the app off and don’t allow order ahead. Thankfully some new donut shops are opening up in Vienna soon so we can spend our money somewhere else from now on. Never using DD in Vienna again.

- VAVincent AldrichJul 4, 20251.0Walked in and ordered 4 donuts this morning. Waited for 15 minutes while I watched employees restock cups (which were already 3/4 full) fill online orders. I asked the cashier if I could get my 4 donuts and he just nodded. So I asked the manager and she got my donuts right away. Just before I asked, a customer walks in and they began filling his order right away. ORDER ONLINE! Otherwise you may be waiting.
