Around 8:15 PM, I called the store and was told the driver, Mohammad, messed up the order. When I called again at 8:45 PM, he claimed the delivery had just been completed, but no food ever arrived. I made several follow-up calls, and the phone was either hung up or unanswered. My 3 kids ages 3, 11, and 14 were hungry and was wondering when they would deiver our order. This was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I’ve always trusted Domino’s for reliable service, but this location completely failed to deliver; literally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer communication and accountability.

The most recent one I had was that I order my pizza correctly but it came not how I wanted to and the taste and the temperature wasn’t at my expectations. What did I do ? You might ask yourself, well I contact them and they gave me hell not wanted to refund me. I have work in retail before and they teach me this “ the costumer is always right no matter what “ so how do you keep your business going if you aren’t going to respect and care about your clients. This is upsetting and also when your clients call you pick up the phone but then hang up that’s beyond disrespectful , making us not want to order from you guys ever again . Treat your costumer with respect and kindness and aslo make them happy. Next time check your pizza and make sure they don’t have long pieces of hair & cockroach on it or that the pizza is hot not cold .
