I checked on my order and they said it would be five more minutes. Then I heard them talking behind the counter and the one guy told another guy to start making it. There were at least three staff in the building, but only one working for the majority of the time. That speaks of really poor management. Finally, after 35 minutes,I have pizza! Time to end this review and head home.

Around 8:15 PM, I called the store and was told the driver, Mohammad, messed up the order. When I called again at 8:45 PM, he claimed the delivery had just been completed, but no food ever arrived. I made several follow-up calls, and the phone was either hung up or unanswered. My 3 kids ages 3, 11, and 14 were hungry and was wondering when they would deiver our order. This was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I’ve always trusted Domino’s for reliable service, but this location completely failed to deliver; literally. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer communication and accountability.
