This guy drenched the Sundae in hot fudge to the point where I couldn’t taste anything else. It was disgusting and I almost barfed. When I asked him why my sundae was completely black, he stated it was the hot fudge and I told him this was way too much fudge. He just starred at me, as if he had no care and was not remaking it. In what world does a brownie Sundae contain this much fudge? These employees obviously need training and customer service skills. I will never go back!
