  Ordered Tacos from Chipotle app for pickup. When opened up, it appeared I ordered Baby Tacos. They literally made 3 Tacos out of 1 Taco filling… ridiculous. Paying nearly $10 for dinner but getting this (snack size)…what a scam!!

  Very disappointing experience today while picking up a Chipotle catering order scheduled for 11:35 AM with delivery expected by 11:45 AM. I arrived on time but the order was not ready even after waiting nearly 30 minutes. When I asked the manager on duty during lunch for an ETA, he was rude and refused to provide any information, and the cashier was also unfriendly. Because I am a delivery driver and time is very important during the lunch rush, I accepted a very short Uber Eats delivery nearby while waiting, since no one could tell me when the catering order would be ready. After finishing that quick delivery (less than half a mile), I returned to the restaurant. Instead of explaining the delay, the manager started yelling and falsely accused me of stealing the order, even using extremely inappropriate profanity. I showed him my Uber app to explain I was completing another delivery while waiting, but he continued speaking disrespectfully. I pick up from many Chipotle locations and most treat delivery drivers professionally, but this location has ongoing problems with scheduled orders not being ready on time. I experienced a similar delay here just two days ago. Delivery drivers are part of the service chain and deserve basic respect and communication. I hope Chipotle corporate reviews this situation and improves management at this location.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle on February 26, 2026, around 3 p.m. The girl cashier working at the register had a very rude attitude from the start. When my dad was paying with my card, he wanted to leave a little tip, but she said he couldn’t since he was paying by card. He said he would go to the car to get cash for a tip instead because he was just trying to be nice. While I was standing there waiting for him, she kept telling me to “pay now,” even though I explained that my dad was coming back with cash. On top of that, she kept rolling her eyes at me for no reason and seemed very grumpy and annoyed. We weren’t being rude at all because my dad was literally trying to tip you guys, so I don’t understand why we were treated with such disrespect. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a really bad impression.

  I called the store because I had a question that the robotic/AI operator wasn’t able to understand. It says that the restaurant staff can’t answer “every call” which is a complete lie because they obviously don’t answer ANY calls, literally none at all. There was no answer that I could give the robotic operator where it allowed me to speak to an actual person. The AI operator is awesome for what it can easily assist you with but it’s not going to understand everything. They entirely severed any way to speak to an actual person at this location. That’s horrible customer service and very frustrating. I can see why this location has such low reviews. They’re doing inconsiderate things that cause unnecessary frustration.

  **Never go here at night!!** If you absolutely have to go to a Chipotle in the evening, always choose the Vienna location a mile away, or Taco Bell down the street. If you are forced to go here at night, be aware they will be out of rice and other important ingredients, meaning you'll often leave hungry. This happens very often, as I said. Staff does not care and they do not make more once they run out, so you will go away hungry on many evenings. Further, as the large amount of negative reviews shows, the staff here is careless and inattentive, the sanitation standards are poor, and it seems the workers have been instructed to portion under the normal Chipotle standard to try and save small amounts of money at the expense of the customers. If you waste your time coming here after 8 PM, by the time you wait in line and discover they can't serve most people because of lack of ingredients, many other options may be closed to you, and you may end up having to go down the street to the Taco Bell drive-through, which is at least open late fortunately, or to Fairfax Burger King, or just having to go to 7-11 or make your own food at home, if you have anything. Stay away unless you absolutely have to risk it because of no other options.
