  Bad service, good ice cream. Only reason it’s not getting 1 star is because the ice cream is amazing but workers are very rude and made me wait 10 minutes

  I had such a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s thanks to Nigel! I was being super indecisive, I must’ve changed my mind at least five times 😂 but he was so patient and made me laugh it off instead of feeling awkward. He had such a great attitude and genuinely made the whole experience fun. The ice cream was amazing (as always), but Nigel’s customer service really stood out. You can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about making people’s day a little brighter. 5 stars all the way thanks, Nigel! 🍦👏

  Before Google corrects it - beware that the store opens on 12, not 11. Ice creams are good, it’s what it is for Ben and Jerry, but the staff has the most deadpan attitude. He doesn’t respond to questions and doesn’t talk. He just stares at you, get what you said you want, and put it in front of you. He shoots looks to almost every request. We were there for about 40 mins, and he was popping in and out, which is typical when there’s only one staff attending the whole store. But when customers came in, he didn’t even wait for them to finish reading the menu before heading back again, and several group of people had waited and left during the 40 mins we were there.

  Cashier had a bad attitude and made me and another family wait for 7-8 minutes just to check me out for 2 pints. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the ice cream is so damn good
