The line was almost out the door & the poor guy (I think his name was Nigel) was all by himself and he was so patient with all of us. I really appreciate him having a positive attitude while helping us because I could see how overwhelming that all could have been.

I was being super indecisive, I must’ve changed my mind at least five times 😂 but he was so patient and made me laugh it off instead of feeling awkward. He had such a great attitude and genuinely made the whole experience fun. The ice cream was amazing (as always), but Nigel’s customer service really stood out. You can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about making people’s day a little brighter. 5 stars all the way thanks, Nigel! 🍦👏
