Whenever you enter one of these McDs, there's never anybody at the registers, and you have to use the kiosk to order. It seems that the employees are more focused on the drive-in customers then they are of the customers that are inside the building. Just to order a couple of sandwiches takes a seemingly long time, yet you can watch the orders being completed and handed off to the drivers while you're waiting.... Does not seem like a good system to me and we really don't want to patronize this kind of business model. We will make sure to go to Chick-fil-A, where the employees are super friendly and happy to see their customers.

The bun was so hard and stale It was not edible. The chicken was so overcooked It was pitch black. Absolutely unacceptable. Either they don’t care, or they’re too incompetent to make a chicken sandwich. Not worth it to drive 15 minutes back and then 15 minutes home to tell incompetent people, how incompetent they are. I should have known better, not even close to the first time I’ve had issues with this McDonald’s.
