Used grub hub to place the online order. I arrived before the time given for the good to be prepared and it was ready to go. I want that hungry so I ordered a kids meal. The slider was fine, the applesauce was prepackaged. I had saved the milk to put in my coffee the following day but the bottle had already been opened! I had to throw it away. This is unacceptable!

Better off to drive to another Arby's or just another restaurant. Went through the drive thru ordered at 5:22 p.m. got food at 5:37. Ordered Double Beef and Cheddar and large curly fries. Fries were cold and was only half full, sandwich was cold. Both ended up in the trash. Second time I have had problems with this location. If I could give negative stars, I would!!!

I went to drive-through and the person that took my order name was Josh. He is a part-time manager, and he said that my order would be cheaper if I order the combo. I end up ordering the combo when I got to the window he rang my order up wrong I told him that I wanted mozzarella sticks instead of curly fries when I tasted my steak bowl my food was cold so I gave him the food back and I told him that the food was cold and that I wanted a refund he told me that they do not give out refund that he would give me two cards for a free meal and another card for a free, small drink and a free small fry I said I do not want that. He slammed the drive-through window in my face. I said can I speak to the manager? He yelled at me and said I am the manager. I said OK I would like a refund so he gave me the two cards and gave me a number to call to get a refund that he could not give it to me out of his register. He was very rude and disrespectful for no reason I end up calling the one 800 number to talk to somebody and then I had got a email from the general manager for me to come back up there the next day just to get my money back. I would never go to this Arby’s ever again their part-time manager, Josh is very rude I did not like that. He yelled at me and slammed the drive-through window in my face when I was trying to explain to him why I was giving him the food back.

This Arbys should be the model location for the others in the arby family. The young lady working the window was sweet and of course i have to recommend the white cheddar mac n cheese. On point here for sure
