In the past, when we’ve asked them to fix it, they apologized and gave us overcooked and hard rolls instead. Also, the staff is very nice but very, very slow. You could order a sandwich and a drink as the only person in the restaurant and it would still take them 35 minutes to get anything out to you. When they’re serving properly prepared food, it’s good. And the location is clean. And as I said the staff is very polite, but clearly not very good at food preparation or working in fast-paced food service. I hope that whatever is causing these issues is addressed because this is a great location and has a great atmosphere; but unless you’re looking to wait an hour for them to make and inevitably remake your food, it’s not worth the money.

It’s one thing to deal with an insolent cashier, and it’s another for the food to be dismal. I know Best Buns does a lot of business, and I hope training is taken more seriously. I understand that people make mistakes and may be learning on the job, but humility and patience are essential in customer service. And if they’re going to represent Starbucks, the least they can do is ensure the drinks actually taste good. It was startling how much was lacking.
