  My husband wanted to do the pairings - they made him go order online instead of at the register. He was not happy with the attitude and refusal to assist. Additionally, English is his second language, maybe that had something to do with the poor service? He also was not given any paper plates or any napkins. Poor service, better to go elsewhere.

  We have went to Papa John’s in Blue Ridge a few times and it’s been great experiences in the past this time was much different. I had placed an order online and my husband stopped on his way home from work to pay and pick it up. For what ever reason(may have been out internet) the order did not go through until 20 minutes after I originally placed it which just so happened to be right when my husband went into the store. The worker became very hostile with my husband slamming his hands in the counter that my husband wanted to pay for an order that “just came in” my husband was very kind and stated he was unsure what happened since I placed the order 20 minutes ago but it was okay, the worker was still very hostile about the situation so my husband requested that he just cancel the order. This level of customer service is unacceptable, I understand customers ask for ridiculous things all the time but this was out of our control. My husband was not demanding his order be given to him immediately, he was just asking to pay. If the worker had said it just came in they are about to start preparing it, my husband would have easily walked over to foodlion to shop while waiting. We will never go to this Papa John’s again.

  Google says confirmed hours of operation 9 weeks ago. Someone really needs to tell the heavyset female manager that was working tonight (A FRIDAY NIGHT) that because when me and I seen another car here also came here she already closed apparently at 1030pm! I don't think you should come here! Give your money to another owner who makes ure their store stays open.

  This store could not be any more impressive- the SERVICE, the MANAGERS, the EMPLOYEES….. all wonderful. Manager Hailey C. really knows what she’s doing. Overall great experience. Keep killing it Blue Ridge Papa Johns!!!!🤩

  Place is horrible food is always second-best you order it and have delivery. They tell you 20 minutes and it takes an hour and 40 minutes if they can’t do no better than that they just need to shut it down.
