- LTLinda TurnerApr 12, 20265.0I’ve always had a pleasant experience shopping Food Lion Troutville. Today my experience went to the next level. I went in to buy the mini cucumbers but none on the shelf. When I asked Shaun, working in produce, about them said he would go to the back and bring me a pack. He asked my name because it would take a few minutes to break down the pallet so I could continue my shopping and he would bring them to me. He easily could have just said we’re out. It’s so refreshing to see a young person deliver this level of customer service. I so appreciate the extra effort and the fact that he called me by name. (I hope management sees this review and recognizes Shaun for the good work)
