Instead of telling her to come in to fix her app and get free coffee the line grew to 6 cars behind me all for a cup of coffee and her app. The manager told me to come into the store next time I go there. Really. .you hold up the drive thru for a cup of coffee that she wanted free. This McDonald's is awful. and Not the 1st time bad service...Last time I went inside child got sick on the floor and no one cleaned it up. They were to busy being on their cell phones People are lazy...Don't go to this McDonald's

- RRRyanOct 29, 20251.0This location is consistently bad. It's so chaotic inside and no one will take your order. You have to use the kiosk's to place an order. Every time I use the drive thru, I am told to pull into the curbside pickup spots and wait for my food. There were 4 other cars in spots waiting with me. No one uses the curbside pickup, so they "stage" cars there to keep the drive thru moving, but you will be waiting regardless.
