  I just wanted to brag to you about one of your employees; Ms. Elena. I was in last night to get food and Ms. Elena was in the front mopping the floors. I ordered my food and while I was waiting, she struck up a conversation with me while she was mopping. She was concerned about people potentially slipping on the melted snow from outside so she was doing her best to keep the dining room area mopped and dry so no one would slip. I'm sure you are aware of the weather this past week, yet she had the front floors looking immaculate. She was also one of the friendliest Arby's employees I've ever met. To the management, you all should do whatever you can to keep this lady on your team. She's a real sweet heart. I personally look forward to seeing her the next time I'm through VA in my truck. Thanks for your time. And Thank You Ms. Elena for being such a stand out employee and human being. 😎

  I stopped by the Arby’s in Toms Brook, VA on 9/26/25 around 8:15 AM and had such a great experience! The cashier was so friendly, truly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, which made the visit even better. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and you could tell they cared about keeping things running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Excellent service and atmosphere
