Went for breakfast on a Sunday I tried to order through the mobile app but it switched to the lunch menu in the middle of my order @ 10:15Am I tried to call the store repeatedly to have them make my breakfast sandwich no one would answer then after my 7th time calling they took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call anymore when I got there and asked for my breakfast sandwich at the drive thru I was told by Shiela that I could “go order somewhere else” to say this statement did not go over well is an understatement.

Manager Sabrina was very unprofessional and should not be in customer service with the attitude she has. I don't know if it was a bad day for her but I was in a good mood until I was in your Wendy's in Tappahannock. You just lost a valuable customer.
