Employees said they were out of almost everything. Drink island is covered in soda and there are no tops for drinks. Very poor service and very dirty atmosphere. Store has definitely gone down hill.

We get home and the extra cheese that I ordered and paid for on the crunch wrap supreme had NO cheese, the Nacho Fries had zero seasoning, I asked for no sour cream on one meal and...yep...sour cream. The entire order was disgusting. From cold to soggy...just nasty. I called to tell them about all of this and they offered to replace my food. No sir. You can replace that charge on my card though and that wasn't an option. So, basically they stole $52 from me. If youre considering this particular Taco Bell...abort mission!!!
