  I had a really disappointing and honestly concerning experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, and when I got home and took a bite, the inside was completely raw. Thinking it might’ve just been that one piece, I tried another bite, same thing. The entire chicken was undercooked. I drove back to the store and asked to speak with a manager. When I walked in, the female manager was standing there on her phone, and I had to say “excuse me” four or five times before she even acknowledged me. When I finally explained the situation, she didn’t apologize or show any concern at all, which made the situation even worse. Serving raw chicken is a serious health risk, and the lack of urgency or accountability from management was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest others check their food before leaving.

  Our order is immaterial, what matters is the bag included a half eaten burger from God knows where, haphazardly tossed in with our food. Only silver lining was our full refund. Never returning.

  Wendys isnt what it once was. I use to go in and the food would be warm and the fries would be fresh. I went a couple days ago and a young man stood there and talk to his co workers and I saw the manager tell him to make my order. When I got my order my burger and french fries were cold and no salt were on the fries. I'm very disappointed in Wendys because this isn't the first time this has happened. I always end up not feeling well. And the customer service hasn't been good. Kids just don't want to work.

  FRENCH FRIES WERE DRIED OUT & OLD. NICE PLACE. COULD USE A LITTLE UP GRADE.
