They were only taking online orders, the girl and the blonde wig with the crunch bar face was so rude and was no help. She needs to be fired , terrible customer service
- KFKristy FallerMar 28, 20261.0Been ordering the smoothie and a wrap combo for a few months now from several different tropical smoothies in the area. I always order the Caribbean Jerk Wrap without the sauce and ask for the jerk sauce to be on the side. It's spicy and I only use a very little bit of it with my wrap. However yesterday when I ordered online and asked for the sauce on the side in the store (not an option on the app) I was charged .84 to have it on the side. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me because it's not "extra" it would have been on the wrap. I just want it on the side so I can control how much I have with my wrap. Been doing this for months now and never been charged extra for it until yesterday. Kinda sad.

I never had a smoothie there before, so I asked One of the employees which one of the smoothie was the best choice on the menu she told me the Bahama mama so I try’d it and I fell in love with it the first time I tasted it and a girl named Alana made it so good with profession the environment was fantastic. Everyone had a great positive attitude and everyone was smiling. They all deserve a raise.
