⭐️ 1 Star — Drive‑Through Service Only
I stopped at this Sonic for one simple item: a Cookie Dough Blast. I ended up waiting behind a single car for 15 minutes with zero movement. I can’t speak on the food because I eventually gave up and drove off.
I’m giving one star strictly for the drive‑through experience. I don’t know what the car in front of me ordered, but at most other places—McDonald’s, Wendy’s, etc.—they would’ve asked that car to pull forward so quicker orders could keep moving. And since this is Sonic, they easily could’ve directed them into one of the many open bays. Instead, the entire drive‑through was held up for one order.
The lack of urgency and the failure to use the open stalls made the wait unnecessarily long. I came for one quick item and left with nothing. Sonic really needs to rethink how they manage their drive‑through when an order takes 15+ minutes.

Zero stars!!!!! Awful/rude “You didn’t get that from here.” That statement was dismissive and insulting. I know exactly where I purchased my drink, I live next door to this location. That’s what the GM said to me. You wonder why customer service is at an all-time low. It’s because Individuals in managerial roles don’t know what customer service is so how can they coach a team to provide excellent customer service. Learned behavior. Her abrasive tone prompted me to ask for her name, she identified herself as the General Manager, Joanne. I take serious issue with management being combative and dismissive tone used toward a customer. The decision to challenge my honesty rather than seek clarification is absurd. Managers set the standard for their teams. When a general manager models disrespectful or confrontational behavior, it sends the wrong message to employees and undermines customer trust.
