It took 40min to get the food, employees were standing around laughing and giggling with a backed up drive thru of four cars and multiple customers standing in the lobby line. When they didn't give us our sauce and we had to go back in to ask for it, they tried to charge us for it!!! As opposed to what?! Putting it in our bag the way they're supposed to for FREE?! No way....multiple customers had to back my husband up and tell them we shouldn't have to pay and to just give us the sauce. On top of that we had waited all that long time for our food for it to come out lukewarm and old. NEVER AGAIN. Please don't waste your hard earned money here folks. We all deserve better.

The Pop-Tart is directly on top of the machine and I can saw her put only 1 scoop in and then lied to my face.
