Just stopped by this Wendys on a road trip visiting home and got eight nuggets kids meals and they didn't give us our sauce at all. It took 40min to get the food, employees were standing around laughing and giggling with a backed up drive thru of four cars and multiple customers standing in the lobby line. When they didn't give us our sauce and we had to go back in to ask for it, they tried to charge us for it!!! As opposed to what?! Putting it in our bag the way they're supposed to for FREE?! No way....multiple customers had to back my husband up and tell them we shouldn't have to pay and to just give us the sauce. On top of that we had waited all that long time for our food for it to come out lukewarm and old. NEVER AGAIN. Please don't waste your hard earned money here folks. We all deserve better.

I got a large Frosty Pop-Tart paid extra for extra Pop-Tart for a $1.50 more I saw her put one scoop in this is the same amount that goes in a regular I asked her did you put extra in here and she said yes. The Pop-Tart is directly on top of the machine and I can saw her put only 1 scoop in and then lied to my face.

When ordering breakfast for my family of 5, after the 3rd item was placed for order the worker replied with “oh my gosh, what else” with an attitude of in convenience. Not the first time having customer service issues here.

I can't speak on service or atmosphere because I placed a To-Go order. But the food was fresh and hot.
