Not sure why because any other place won't care where you pick it up. I told them I was just going to cancel my order then and she said OK. Young kids who work here dont care about customer service or cleanliness. Place was a wreck inside anyway. Never going to this wendys again and will rethink about going to any wendys in the future because of how rude they allow the staff to be to their customers.

- CPChase PooleSep 12, 20251.0Drive through order at 11pm so can’t expect too much but when I get home and check the bag about 3 mins after getting it and the patties on both of our burgers were cool to the touch like they where cooked several hours earlier and not even out under a heater anytime recently . None of the cheese was melted to so I think this was something that was all prepped hours before and when I came to order they put all of these cold precooked items together to make our meals . Only positive is that one of the burgers we asked for only cheese and ketchup and that’s what we got.
