  Wendys isnt what it once was. I use to go in and the food would be warm and the fries would be fresh. I went a couple days ago and a young man stood there and talk to his co workers and I saw the manager tell him to make my order. When I got my order my burger and french fries were cold and no salt were on the fries. I'm very disappointed in Wendys because this isn't the first time this has happened. I always end up not feeling well. And the customer service hasn't been good. Kids just don't want to work.

  FRENCH FRIES WERE DRIED OUT & OLD. NICE PLACE. COULD USE A LITTLE UP GRADE.

  Worst customer service ever. I went inside and asked if I could pick up my order there instead of the drive thru because the line was very long. They told me no. Not sure why because any other place won't care where you pick it up. I told them I was just going to cancel my order then and she said OK. Young kids who work here dont care about customer service or cleanliness. Place was a wreck inside anyway. Never going to this wendys again and will rethink about going to any wendys in the future because of how rude they allow the staff to be to their customers.
