I work less than five minutes from the store, but by the time I got to my workplace, the bowl had already melted to the point it was like water. I had to eat it quickly before I would have needed a straw. I also ordered a buffalo wrap, but it was not wrapped tightly, and the contents kept falling out while I was trying to eat it. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can hopefully be addressed for future orders.
