    Just spent $70 at this tropical smoothie and the guy wanted to charge us for an extra bowl and spoon. Greedy at its finest.

    I wanted to share feedback about my recent order. I ordered an Açaí bowl and specifically asked for it to remain frozen (hard). I work less than five minutes from the store, but by the time I got to my workplace, the bowl had already melted to the point it was like water. I had to eat it quickly before I would have needed a straw. I also ordered a buffalo wrap, but it was not wrapped tightly, and the contents kept falling out while I was trying to eat it. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can hopefully be addressed for future orders.

    I door dashed from this store and I can promise you it’ll be my last. 2/3 of my drinks were made incorrectly. Causing me to have to leave work for a remake totally defeating the purpose of door dash. And when I got there they were very reluctant to resolve the issue or the inconvenience of me coming all the way up there. They were rude and very unhelpful. Then to top it all off the remake was very distasteful. The fruit used you can tell it wasn’t fresh. Will not be back!
