All three tacos barely had chicken on them no beef maybe 4 tiny tomatoes and cheese sauce all over the wrappers along with shredded cheese bits throughout. I paid $17 for three tacos just for them to tell me if I wanted beef on them as well I was gonna have to pay for three sides of beef... wasn't even worth the argument I walked in the store and threw the whole bag away... thanks for wasting my time and money 🙂
- TGT GregoryNov 1, 20251.0Taco Bell in general has gone down hill, but this one is particularly bad. Personal service in the dining area is almost nonexistent… employees are generally unseen. Those you do see seem quite friendly, but are often seen chatting or texting instead of checking the dining area, bathrooms & trash cans. (Maybe an understaffing issue?) The food is more often than not quite under-filled & thrown together. Messy. Slow. Often wrong. But the last straw for me is that the dining area is now kept ICE COLD! I mean Freezing!!! Extremely uncomfortable for those of us who prefer dining in to ordering out. 🥶 Many who come in actually turn around to leave because of the temperature inside. Should one decide to stay, they will literally shake & shiver through their entire meal. Seems to me that proper management & training is lacking here. If one plans to eat in, the other Bell on Western Branch Blvd, while also lacking, is at least more bearable. Hoping someone will pay attention to this and correct the issues here as it is the most convenient to my home, and it has much potential, but the dining room issue alone will keep me driving the extra distance to the other location for now. Please do better.
