    Zero stars!!!!! Awful/rude “You didn’t get that from here.” That statement was dismissive and insulting. I know exactly where I purchased my drink, I live next door to this location. That’s what the GM said to me. You wonder why customer service is at an all-time low. It’s because Individuals in it the managerial roles don’t know what customer service is so how can they coach a team to provide excellent customer service. Learned behavior. Her abrasive tone prompted me to ask for her name, she identified herself as the General Manager, Joanne. I take serious issue with management being combative and dismissive tone used toward a customer. The decision to challenge my honesty rather than seek clarification is absurd. Managers set the standard for their teams. When a general manager models disrespectful or confrontational behavior, it sends the wrong message to employees and undermines customer trust.

    I get a drink from here almost everyday on my way to work. Today I ordered my usual, and when I was able to take a sip, I noticed it tasted like all carbonation. So the syrup must have been out. I called and let the woman on the phone know what happened, she apologized, and asked if I would like to come back any time today to get a new one. I believe her name is Joanna, she's the general manager. Great customer service.
