This morning there was one car in front of me. They obviously placed a large order at the window, not ahead in the app. Cool. They didn't pull them forward, so my app order was ready for over 15 minutes... and then they added something at the window (receipt pointing, cash exchanged) and STILL did not pull the forward to get the orders behind them. When I got to the window 18 minutes later, they handed me a dripping cup of coffee. Visibly, obviously leaking. I was too aggravated and trying not to be a perk so I just took it and asked for extra napkins. My food is barely warm, there is coffee dripped across my lap and console, and I'm over it. I have patience for days but there was no logical reason to stack cars in the drive thru for one large order that added on at the window and then hand out cooled, dripping food. Ugh.
