The woman working was extremely nasty and spoke with a rude tone however, the young man working the drive-through was delightful. Food is overpriced and dry the bread is always too hard and the meat is subpar do not recommend…

I came in on august 28th to get my pickup order and when I got there apparently someone had already taken it. They refused to remake my sub after I showed proof that I bought the sub. I got there at 12:36 and they told me I had to wait until 2 until they could get it resolved. I live an hour away and expressed this to him and he said he couldn’t do nothing until 2 while there was only 2 people in the store. Then I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and still refused to help me. Only when I said I wanted to speak to the actual manager he said the manager was out of town. He didn’t even offer me a refund or store credit until I asked for the manager. Please fix this as this was super inconvenient and a total day ruiner considering I live so far away from the store.
