The person who handled my order was very pleasant however, when I received my donuts, not only was there barely any icing on them, but when I tried to call the store to tell them about the donuts, the phone was answered three times and I was disconnected all three times without ever speaking to anyone. I called the customer service website that directed me to call the store directly because it is independently owned.. so how am I supposed to tell them about my experience if no one answers the phone?

I come here daily and she is the only one who knows how to make it correct and It is always consistent, it always taste the same and it is delicious! I know when she’s not working because it’s not right. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful here. I don’t go anywhere else. Happy New Year!

- LELa'kia ENov 23, 20251.0I visited the Main St location on 11/23/2025 @11am and it will be my last visit. The young man at the drive thru had mistaken my order but got it right. Then I sipped my drink to make sure it was right because I had the wrong order in the past. He was so rude he told me to get away from the drive thru window with frustration and rudeness. I will never visit this location again!!!
